With nearly four decades of professional accounting experience, both in the United States and overseas, Arnold Cerdinio serves as an accountant for the San Diego Regional Policy & Innovation Center. Prior to joining PIC, Cerdinio held senior accountant positions with Operation Samahan, Inc. and Civic Community Ventures. He has also held positions with Civic San Diego, the Coronado Unified School District, and the City of Imperial Beach.

Cerdinio holds his bachelor’s in accountancy from Polytechnic University of the Philippines Manila, Philippines.
