Christine Dolan

VP, Chief Financial Officer

Christine Dolan serves as the Policy &Innovation Center’s (PIC) chief financial officer. In this role, she is responsible for leading the organization’s financial affairs, performance reporting and regulatory compliance.

Christine brings more than 25 years of experience in financial management, accounting operations, budgeting, reporting and audits for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Her extensive financial expertise includes work in various industries such as healthcare, museums, cultural institutions, faith-based and social service organizations, consumer electronics, entertainment and youth organizations.

Prior to joining PIC, Christine served as CFO at the New Children’s Museum of San Diego, where she guided the nonprofit through a new organizational structure and government compliance. Previously, her other financial leadership roles included consulting CFO for Catalyst of San Diego and Imperial Counties; CFO at Success Resources America; CFO/director of finance at the La Jolla Playhouse; and CFO at Strategic Accounting Partner.  

Apart from her financial management expertise, Christine is an outstanding mentor and instructor. She is deeply involved in her community, and enjoys teaching others about fiscal topics and helping strengthen nonprofit organizations working on economic development. She currently serves as volunteer treasurer on the boards of the LEAGUE of Extraordinary Programmers and the Kollab Youth Workforce Development Program.

Christine holds a B.S. in Business Management focused on Accounting, MBA and Master’s of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, UT. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, certified IT professional and technology specialist and holds several other certifications including project management.
