Gloria Rivera is the accounts payable administrator at the Policy & Innovation Center (PIC), where she oversees and manages accounts payable and receivables, expense reporting and account reconciliations. Rivera ensures timely payments and maintains other financial statements for the organization. Rivera has more than 25 years of experience in executive administration, with a strong background in financial management and a passion for accuracy, efficiency, managing complex schedules and prioritizing operational tasks effectively.
Prior to joining PIC, Gloria served as an administrative assistant with Sharp Memorial Hospital San Diego, where she supervised the administrative day-to-day facility operations, managed bookkeeping, planned large-scale events and ensured adherence to policies at the nonprofit hospital. She has also previously held administrative positions with multiple healthcare providers.
Gloria is currently working toward her associate’s degree in liberal arts at Southwestern College. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
